A man looked at the menu
at the airport restaurant, and saw that the sandwiches were named for planes. "I'll have a 'jumbo jet,'" he said. When the order arrived, he was disappointed to see how small his burger was, but he ate it anyway. He called his waiter over.
"Are you sure that was the 'jumbo jet?'" he asked.
"Yeah," the waiter answered. "Went pretty fast, didn't it?"

A customer is the most important visitor on our premises, he is not dependent on us. We are
dependent on him. He is not an interruption in our work. He is the purpose of it. He is not an outsider in our business. He is part of it. We are not doing him a favor by
serving him. He is doing us a favor by giving us an opportunity
to do so.

Text Box: Thank you for the referrals!

Text Box: There is no greater compliment or validation for the work we do than the referrals you’ve been sending our way. Our normal practice of treating every client like an ‘A’ client regardless of the size and scope of the relationship has always held true. We’ve now formalized what you can expect should you refer someone to us for technology and/or marketing services.
1. We’ll ensure we’re a good fit for potential new clients. Every good relationship starts with identifying expectations and ensuring they’re aligned with what we can offer. If it is determined that our services are not the right fit we’ll do our best to recommend another suitable course of action.
2. We’ll be responsive, but not aggressive. We’ll follow-up on every referral within two business days in the preferred means of communication and then leave it up to the
individual we contact to take the next step.
3. We’ll make you proud! You have placed your trust in us and we’ll return the favour by delivering on our promises.
We have a new form on our website set up to receive contact information from organizations interested in talking to us about their technology and marketing needs. To access the form click here.
Thank you again for spreading the word about Static Interactive. We welcome the opportunity to spread the word about you too. If you have a story you would like published in the FUZE, please contact us to discuss.

Text Box: Save $’s with VoIP

Text Box: If you haven’t already used VoIP you’ve probably heard the term floating around. Voice Over Internet Protocol is the technical terminology for phone (or voice) over the Internet. It’s popularity is mounting as a result of convenience and price. The cost of traditional long distance calling is circumvented by using the Internet as if it were a phone line or lines. We’ve implemented it hear in our office in conjunction with an IP PBX system. The PBX allows for business telephony features such as multiple extensions, music on hold (our music is pretty groovy!), multiple message boxes and much more.

If you’re unfamiliar with PBX (Private Branch Exchange)
systems let us enlighten you on yet another acronym!
Wikipedia describes PBX as “a telephone exchange that serves a particular business or office, as opposed to one that a
common carrier or telephone company operates for many
businesses or for the general public.”
When you add VoIP with PBX software you get a cost efficient, feature rich combination that is easily scalable to your
organization. Just a few of the benefits include:
· Low cost long distance calling.
· Voice messages delivered via email so you can retrieve your messages from a computer or mobile device on the fly.
· Unlimited extensions that can be added quickly and affordably making the phone set up of new additions to the team almost seamless.
· Unlimited auto-attendant menus (for example: press 1 for sales, 2 for customer service etc.) to direct phone calls to the right people.
To discuss how VoIP and PBX software can work for you
contact Trevor Giesbrecht at 204-284-9800 ext. 100 or Brad Wirth at 403-621-1025 ext. 102 or fill in our online form and we’ll contact you.
