Text Box: Goodbye and Best of Luck Dan!

Text Box: You may have heard that we said goodbye to a great team member in Dan Hlady. Dan was part of our technology team and worked with us for five years. We’re a family here at Static and Dan has definitely been a part of that. He will be missed and we’re sorry to see him go, but are sure he’ll do well in Calgary.
We’d just like to say thank you Dan for your hard work and dedication. Although you won’t need it, good luck in all of your endeavors. Alberta is lucky to have you!

Text Box: Surveys are a great tool for collecting information that can be used to improve your organization on many levels.
Polling Internally
Gaining information from employees and other internal
stakeholders is key to developing and maintaining good
relationships. In some situations having a third party,
anonymous source will achieve more open results. Internal
surveys can be used to:
· Gauge employee satisfaction
· Collect ideas for improving efficiency and/or capitalizing on revenue generating opportunities
· Promote a team environment that is participative

Polling Externally
The customer is always right! Do you know what your clients think of your products and/or services? If not, asking them for their opinion shows that you care about what they think. It also provides you with key information on how you can better
market what they like or change what they don’t. Consider a survey to uncover:
· What’s most important to your clients
· How you can improve to better meet their needs
· What forms of communication are best to reach them
· Why they chose to work with you in the first place

There are plenty of survey tools available online and through software packages. The right tool depends on what information you need to collect, what systems, processes and software you currently have in place and how secure the feedback needs to be.
We use a tool that is robust in collaboration features and
provides much more than just survey results. To see how it works consider taking our survey. We’d like to know how we can improved the FUZE. Click here to take the survey now.
If you need help setting up and/or determining what kind of survey is right for you call Karrianne at 951-9803 we can help!

Text Box: Too Much Talk

A CEO was scheduled to speak at an important convention, so he asked one of his employees to write him a punchy, 20
minute speech. When the CEO returned from the big event, he was furious.
"What's the idea of writing me an hour-long speech?" he
demanded to know. "Half the audience walked out before I finished."
The employee was baffled. "I wrote you a 20-minute speech," he replied. "I also gave you the two extra copies you asked for".

Text Box: Dial A Human...
At one time or another most of us have had the experience of being frustrated with an automated
answering service. Many large
companies are notorious for multi-levelled systems that have you
pressing numbers for an awfully long time before you reach a human-being. If you’re interested in
circumventing those systems Dial a Human is the resource for you.
